Conveniently located in Meyerland in Southwest Houston, Houston Gymnastics Center (HGC) Rubenstein Gymnastics Training Center offers one of the best training facilities and coaching staff in the country. The recreational program offers gymnastics and trampoline & tumbling classes classes for all ages and abilities, boys and girls, beginner through advanced, preschool through adult. With over 18,000 square feet of training space, our gym includes a preschool center, floor exercise area, training pits, trampoline and tumble track, boys and girls training areas and balance beam areas.
