No, BirthdayQuest is a discovery platform only. We help parents find services, but all bookings are handled between parents and vendors directly.
Does BirthdayQuest vet or verify vendors?
No, we do not vet vendors at this time. Parents are encouraged to do their own due diligence before booking.
Does BirthdayQuest process bookings or payments?
Not at this time. Vendors remain in full control of customer interactions and transactions. We may consider adding booking or payment features in the future.
