Ridgewood Gymnastics began in the early 1980s when the recreation center was built. Since then, the facility has nearly doubled in size given the popularity and success of the programs offered.
Agility, strength, balance, coordination, goal setting, discipline, dependability, strong work ethic, confidence, determination and friendships are all developed through an excellent program with exceptional role models. Ridgewood Gymnastics is where Jeremy learned these core fundamentals of life and sport, and where he chooses to give back to the sport that has given him so much.
