Boost Gymnastics is the region’s premier gymnastics training facility. Founded in 1975 as Westside Gymnastics, our first classes were held in racquetball courts. Boost Gymnastics offers both a competitive team and a recreational program following USA Gymnastics’ standards. It continues to expand offerings by hosting gymnastics-themed birthday parties, seasonal camps, open gyms, Parents’ Night Out, and a Parents’ Day Out program. Our gym has served, and continues to serve, families with quality gymnastics instruction, innovative programs and a well-rounded curriculum supporting healthy, happy children.
