EINY combines the best of the French educational system, which provided a “common core” curriculum decades before the concept took hold in America, with the best of the American approach, encouraging critical thinking, questioning, and creativity. While the national curricula provide the framework of goals and standards, it is the teachers that do the real work. Working collaboratively, they organize the material so that the languages and subjects reinforce each other across the various grades. Our teachers are creatively motivate, guide, and instruct. They are the school's lifeblood and they carry forward the mission of EINY. EINY encourages the success of each student in a diverse, multicultural environment that combines the excellence of French and American academics.
