About Empire United Fencing

Empire United Fencing strives to help its students achieve personal excellence through the sport of fencing. In order to meet the rigors of training and competition, EUF's approach emphasizes strengthening the body and mind. Located in Jersey City, New Jersey, our club is the proud home of National Champions, Ivy League Champions and National Team members. Empire United's youth fencing program is designed to bring out the very best in each young fencer that comes through our doors. We have a balanced approach that will build focus, coordination, self-esteem and teamwork skills while teaching the basics of fencing. Our coaches have extensive experience dealing with athletes from complete beginners to National champions, World Championship medalists and Ivy League team members. We have a passion for the sport that is contagious! </p><p><br>Our beginner program consists of two elements: classes and private lessons. Each fencer in the program attends one or both classes and takes one or two private lessons per week with one of our coaches. Contact us at info@empireunitedfencing.com to schedule a trial class or lesson.</p><p><b>Youth Fencing: </b>Our youth program is designed to bring out the very best in each young fencer that comes through our doors. We have a balanced approach that will build focus, coordination, self-esteem and teamwork skills while teaching the basics of fencing. The youth beginner program consists of a combination of classes and private lessons. Ages 6 and up.</p><p><br><b>Pre-Elite Program: </b>The pre-elite program is the intermediate step between the beginner/youth program and the elite program. Fencers in the pre-elite program attend three classes per week and take two or three private lessons per week.
