Eastside Soccer Club, a Windward Community athletic organization formed in 2010, whose overall goal is to promote the love of competition, sportsmanship, citizenship as well as emphasizing the overall development of the child, on and off the soccer pitch. Eastside Soccer Club coaches follow the philosophy of “Keiki first.” In our training, competitions and outings, we always place the welfare, safety and the keiki’s self confidence before winning. Its coaches are trained to encourage effort and to never direct criticism to the effort or performance of a player.
