The Denver Kickers Sport Club was founded in 1962 and is located in Golden, CO. The original club held its events at the Denver Turnverein, also known as the German Haus, located in Denver, Colorado. In 1968 the Denver Kickers acquired their first clubhouse, which was an old two story red brick schoolhouse on 1 3/4 acres in Golden, Colorado, a suburb west of Denver. In 1976 some members dreams came true when a parcel of land was acquired from the Adolph Coors Brewing Company where a new clubhouse was designed and built by its members.
Today, the Denver Kickers Clubhouse is located on this 8 acres of land, with a European-size championship soccer field for over 400 members; including men's and youth soccer team.
