Gymnastika was established in 1992 by Gay Lindsay and Alexei Koudria in Lakewood, Colorado. We have been located in our Arvada gym since 2003. Over the years, we have had many State, Regional, and National competitors and champions.
Program at Gymnastika has a dual purpose: to develop physically fit and healthy children in a fun and entertaining environment and a quality competitive program that enhances a child’s self esteem.
Our competitive program provides gymnasts with an excellent physical and technical foundation, called our basics program. This program emphasizes the importance of strength and flexibility necessary to safely perform the higher level skills with fewer injuries.
