LGA was founded by Owner-Operator, Nathaniel Freund. Starting in 2003, LGA first started off as a series of recreational gymnastics classes offered through various Parks & Rec Programs. LGA strives to provide "something for everyone", offering Gymnastics, a sport that can prepare for any activity, as well as Tumbling, Dance, Wrestling, and Cheer. It is the mission of each of our coaches to provide and promote the fun, safe, and quality instruction of the principles and execution of gymnastics, dance, wrestling, and cheer in a manner that will not only inspire, but will build character, self-esteem, and physically fit bodies.
