San Diego Gymnastics are family owned gymnastics facilities for children 9 months to 18 years old. San Diego Gymnastics goal is to provide a safe, fun and encouraging environment for kids to learn gymnastics and tumbling. Gymnastics has so many benefits, from all around fitness to improving the key ingredients to excel at any sport. Strength, flexibility, balance and self-confidence are just a few. San Diego Gymnastics focuses on gymnastics as a recreational sport first and foremost, with the option to advance and participate in the competitive side as well. Our competitive team has a less rigorous schedule than other gyms as we believe that gymnastics is just one element in a child's life. Because of our structure, our gymnasts have less injuries, often do not reach "burn out" and have time for school and other sports and activities.
