La Jolla YMCA Gymnastics

For more than 50-years the La Jolla Y has been serving our community and offers opportunities for individuals to improve their health and well being, make friends, recognize their potential, explore their creativity, discover talents and skills, expand their perspective and come together as a community. The YMCA of San Diego County is dedicated to improving the quality of human life and to helping all people realize their fullest potential as children of God through the development of the spirit, mind and body. Programs include fitness, gymnastics, childcare, sports, aquatics, group exercise, active adult, camp and teen, and Adventure Guides.
