Bama Bounders is committed to providing a top quality gymnastics program to Tuscaloosa and the surrounding areas. Bama Bounders believe in building Champions and Leaders in everything we do! We develop our team members in the office, coaching and leadership to become leaders of their families, their careers, and their communities. It accomplishes this through proper training, mentoring, setting the proper examples, and leadership training. We also look to bring along department leaders from within our existing team members.
BAMA Bounders teach students to become more than they are or what they think they can become. They learn the importance of paying attention, following directions, waiting their turn and setting the proper examples for others. In addition, they become stronger, faster, more flexible, and more coordinated. We also help to improve motor skills and hand/eye coordination.
